What is the CEO Cohort Consortium
The CEO Cohort Consortium exists solely to help
high-growth BIPOC leaders make great decisions that will benefit their companies and communities.
The CEO Cohort Consortium was created to address the systematic barriers that hinder the start-up and growth of BIPOC businesses and widen the path to entrepreneurial success. The CEO Cohort provides peer-to-peer groups, executive-level business management and leadership skills training, and corporate/entrepreneur networking opportunities.

A division of Ramseur Consulting, Inc., the CEO Cohort Consortium is founded and directed by Duane Ramseur, MBA, a senior management consultant and trusted business advisor.

Formerly, Duane provided leadership as General Manager of a division of AT&T/Ameritech. He has garnered domestic and international sales/marketing awards for his leadership experience with companies such as Exxon/Mobil and Ashland Oil. Additionally, Duane has over 16 years of successfully advising BIPOC owners as MEDA’s Vice President of Business Consulting and former President/CEO of the North Central Minority Supplier Development Council (NCMSDC).

Equitable economic growth for BIPOC businesses is our goal.

The global pandemic has disrupted economies worldwide, and the US is no exception. However, the impact on BIPOC businesses is even more significant as they continue to experience disproportionate setbacks in the marketplace, and society in general. The CEO Cohort Consortium is a proactive growth engine to equip BIPOC business leaders to analyze barriers and implement fresh strategies to create more equitable outcomes for their organizations and communities.
